We inherited Sunwave Pool Pros when they bought our existing pool service provider of a number of years. As with any transition, there were some initial bumps. Each service appointment is followed by a detailed, email description, including pictures of the services provided that day. That notification also gave us the opportunity to rate the service on a scale, plus providing additional narrative to explain any issue if needed.
The service techs always arrived as scheduled. They were friendly, courteous, and generally efficient. For the few initial bumps, they they were promptly addressed and resolved by Dave....when he received any comments on the rating OR when I reached out to him directly on larger issues, i.e., the replacement of a pool pump. Different price options were offered and features explained... he always took the time needed for clarification.
For an emergent request prior to the recent freeze, their tech arrived on the date promised, working into the early evening hours as the temperature was dropping, to address re-programming the timer to ensure that the pump would run overnight to avoid potential damage from the freeze.
The pool water is crystal clear; the pool floor clean: algae and debris free. I could not be more satisfied.
In a world where service is often performative, Sunwave Pool Pros is a cut above the rest: courteous staff/techs, quality service delivered when and as promised, and the extra attention when needed. Dave has assembled quite a team. I recommend them without the slightest reservation.
