Why do you use AI agents?

We use AI agents to help minimize our service cost without sacrificing customer service. The more people we hire the more we need to charge. 

The AI agent integrates with our ticketing system and makes the customers service resolution time quicker. 

Example: 

Lets pretend you have a problem with your pool equipment not coming on & need to schedule a repair appointment. 

If you call into our office & no one is available to answer the phone. Just give the AI agent you Name, address, & the issue you are having. This will create a ticket to be reviewed by someone in our office, then we put on the schedule for our repair tech to see what the issue is.

You also have the ability to schedule online if you prefer to not call in.
