How do you invoice?

Our invoices are sent out electronically on the 1st of every month. This invoice will include a payment link & can be found on our customer portal.

Can I pay online?

Yes you can, its the preferred method.

You can also manage your payments on the customer portal.

Do you have a customer portal?

Yes we do.

You have access to the following:

  • Service History/ with pictures & chemical readings
  • Repair Job History
  • Previous Payments
  • Saved Payment Methods
  • Automatic Payments

Why do you use AI agents?

We use AI agents to help minimize our service cost without sacrificing customer service. The more people we hire the more we need to charge. 

The AI agent integrates with our ticketing system and makes the customers service resolution time quicker. 

 

Example: 

Lets pretend you have a problem with your pool equipment not coming on & need to schedule a repair appointment. 

If you call into our office & no one is available to answer the phone. Just give the AI agent you Name, address, & the issue you are having. This will create a ticket to be reviewed by someone in our office then put on the schedule for our repair tech to see what the issue is.

 

You also have the ability to schedule online if you prefer to not talk with anyone. 

Do you do repairs?

We are actually licensed & insured to do the repairs to your pool.

What's included in your weekly service?

Our weekly service includes:

  • Brush the walls, steps, and tile line
  • Skim the surface
  • Vacuum the pool as needed
  • Electronically test and balance the water chemistry
  • Summertime weekly enzyme treatment to break down bather waste
  • Filter cleaning or backwash every 4-6 weeks

Weekly Email report will include

  • The exact chemical readings from our electronic tester
  • A list of chemicals added to balance your pool water

    It will also include photos of the following:
  • Your pool before cleaning
  • Your clean skimmer basket
  • Your clean pump basket
  • The pressure gauge and its reading (to ensure your system is operating properly)
  • Your pool after cleaning
  • Your closed gate/access point for safety verification
What makes you different than other pool service companies?

We actually got into this business because we could not find a decent company to manage our family pool. With our prior success in running home service businesses we decided to get into residential pool maintenance & repair. After spending a short period of time in the business we quickly realized what was lacking & filled the gaps with what our expectations were.

  • Regular scheduled service days
  • Notifications if service days changes
  • Text notifications when on the way 
  • Before & after pictures
  • Actually test the water each visit (Yeah, you would be surprised... most don't) 
  • Digital water testing (Not some guys guess on what color the cheep test strip may show)

  • Of course we brush/ vacuum/ skim the pool, as well as empty the skimmer & pump baskets each week

  • Easy Feedback request (On the top of each email report there is a Thumbs Up or Thumbs down icon) We are in this together & ONLY want techs that do an outstanding job.

Next, we tried to make it easy to contact us without needing to charge for a big call center or hire a bunch of people to answer the phones. We have tried to make it as easy as possible to notify us of a concern. We have created the following ways to communicate with us effectively:
